\u00ab Je suis client au centre auditif Gottschalk depuis environ 1 an et demi.<\/p>

Depuis mes 14 ans, je souffre d\u2019une perte d\u2019audition et d\u2019un acouph\u00e8ne constant \u00e0 l\u2019oreille gauche d\u00fb \u00e0 une malformation.<\/p>

Etant encore assez jeune et actif, et ayant toujours mon oreille droite qui fonctionne parfaitement, j\u2019\u00e9tais r\u00e9ticent \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de porter un appareil auditif. M\u00eame au fil des ann\u00e9es et avec des difficult\u00e9s de compr\u00e9hension sur mon lieu de travail o\u00f9 j\u2019\u00e9volue dans un environnement bruyant, je restais r\u00e9ticent. Je pensais que \u00e7a n\u2019en valait pas la peine et j\u2019avais beaucoup d\u2019a priori n\u00e9gatifs. C\u2019est lorsqu\u2019une de mes proches m\u2019a parl\u00e9 de la possibilit\u00e9 de tester gratuitement et sans engagement un appareil dans un centre auditif Gottschalk que je me suis finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 sauter le pas !<\/p>

Et le moins que l\u2019on puisse dire c\u2019est que je ne suis pas d\u00e9\u00e7u du service ! La personne qui s\u2019est occup\u00e9e de mon dossier a su dissiper mes doutes, r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 toutes mes interrogations et trouvant des solutions \u00e0 mes besoins – tout particuli\u00e8rement mon d\u00e9sir d\u2019un appareil qui soit le plus discret possible. Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai o\u00f9 j\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion de tester gratuitement deux appareils diff\u00e9rents, je me suis finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 pour un appareil auditif compl\u00e8tement dans l\u2019oreille.<\/p>

Depuis que je porte cet appareil de chez Gottschalk, j\u2019ai ind\u00e9niablement gagn\u00e9 en qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/strong>, aussi bien dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e que dans le cadre de mon travail. Je ne fais plus constamment r\u00e9p\u00e9ter mon entourage et l\u2019acouph\u00e8ne permanent dont je souffre dispara\u00eet d\u00e8s que je porte mon appareil auditif. Je peux donc dire qu\u2019il remplit parfaitement son r\u00f4le, et ce en toute discr\u00e9tion.<\/p>

Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Gottschalk j\u2019ai \u00e9galement le droit \u00e0 un service apr\u00e8s-vente rapide et de qualit\u00e9. \u00c0 la moindre question l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019audiciennes reste \u00e0 mon \u00e9coute et s\u2019assure du fonctionnement optimal de mon appareil. Je peux me rendre sur rendez-vous \u00e0 leur consultation d\u00e8s que j\u2019en ai besoin, que ce soit pour un simple r\u00e9glage ou encore pour faire entretenir mon appareil auditif. Et cela reste gratuit<\/strong> \u2013 ce qui est formidable \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 le prix peu \u00e9lev\u00e9 que j\u2019ai pay\u00e9 !<\/p>

Je ne peux donc que vous recommander de vous rendre dans un centre auditif Gottschalk. Les personnes y travaillant vous offrent un service de qualit\u00e9 et personnalis\u00e9<\/strong>.
